How do I buy tokens?

Pick a token package on the Pricing page and pay for it. Tokens are granted immediately and show up in your balance on My Page right away.

What is the difference between plan tokens and purchased tokens?

Plan tokens are refilled each renewal cycle and any leftover does not carry over. Purchased tokens never expire. During a reading, plan tokens are spent first and purchased tokens only when those run out.

Question 3

What happens to my tokens if I cancel my plan?

Accepted Answer

Cancellation takes effect from the next renewal. You can keep using your subscription tokens until the paid period ends, but any that remain disappear when it does. Purchased tokens are unaffected and never expire.

How is the price calculated when I change plans?

Accepted Answer

Upgrading applies immediately and you only pay the difference for the days remaining. Downgrading keeps your current period as is and takes effect from the next renewal.

Question 5

Can I get a reading without knowing my birth time?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Choose "Unknown time" when you register a person. The hour pillar is left out, so the reading is less detailed than it would be with an exact time.

Question 6

How many people can I register?

Accepted Answer

It depends on your plan. Your own profile doesn't count toward the limit. Besides yourself, Free allows 1 person, Moon Pass 3, Star Pass 5 and Pluto Pass 10. If you move to a lower plan after registering several people, nothing you already registered is removed - only adding new ones is blocked.

How do I request a refund?

If you have not used any of the purchased tokens and it is within 7 days of purchase, send us an inquiry under the "Payment" category. Refunds are not available once any token has been used or once subscription benefits have been received. See Article 9 of the Terms of Service for the full policy.
