Purpose of Processing

The Company processes the minimum personal information necessary for the purposes below. Information will not be used for any other purpose, and if the purpose changes, additional consent and required measures will be taken.

• Membership and account management: identity verification, maintaining membership, preventing misuse, and providing notices
• Service provision: providing personalized saju analysis and fortune content, and fulfilling service agreements
• Under-14 restriction: we do not collect personal data from children under 14 and restrict their use of the Service

Items and Collection Methods

• Required: social ID, name (or nickname), gender, date of birth, solar/lunar indicator, place of birth (text input)
• Optional: birth time
• Collection methods: social login (Kakao, Google, etc.) and in-app input
• Not collected: real-time location (GPS) and advertising identifiers (ADID/IDFA)

Retention Period

The Company retains personal information within the period consented to by users when collecting it.

In principle, personal information is retained until membership withdrawal. If required by law, information is retained for the period specified by applicable laws.

• Records of visits (Communications Privacy Protection Act): 3 months
• Records of consumer complaints or disputes (E-Commerce Act): 3 years

Safeguards

• Password management: we use social login and do not collect or store passwords
• Anti-hacking measures: up-to-date security software and regular inspections
• Administrative measures: limit staff access and conduct regular security training

Exercise of Rights

Users may request access, correction, deletion, or suspension of processing of their personal information at any time.

Requests may be submitted via in-app inquiry or email, and the Company will respond without undue delay.

Destruction Procedures

When personal information is no longer necessary, the Company will destroy it without delay in a manner that makes recovery impossible.

Electronic files are destroyed using technical methods that prevent restoration.
